Over 35 years of experience working across various entertainment industry sectors in the UK, Spain and France. Nadine has produced and executive produced dozens of films and monitored the production of over 200 film and TV projects directed by world-class talent such as David Cronenberg, Phyllis Nagy, Lars von Trier, Lone Scherfig, Viggo Mortensen, Sean Penn, Oliver Stone, Sally Potter and Johnny Depp.

With over 18 years of experience in the film industry, Agar has worked across distribution, production, and financing for international projects in Spain and UK.
Agar joined Golden Arrow as a Production Executive in 2018 and has overseen over 200 film and TV projects, including Crimes of the Future (d. David Cronenberg), Falling (d. Viggo Mortensen), Allelujah (d. Richard Eyre), and The Son (d. Florian Zeller).

Sarah Arnott

Business Development

Sarah is a specialist consultant in the feature film and TV business with over 20 years of experience. She began her career at Bruce Davey and Mel Gibson’s Icon Productions where she served as Head of UK Development before moving into acquisitions and holding senior roles at Odyssey Entertainment and Timeless Films.

Sarah was a producer on Bobby (dir. Ron Scalpello) and has consulted for clients including The Works International, Goldcrest Films, Hindsight Media, Northern Ireland Screen, We Are Colony and Icon Productions and Wheelhouse Media, a joint venture with Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation specialising on factual TV content.
